Customer insight survey outcomes

The outcomes of the regional customer insight surveys are now available in the resources section. Two reports have been posted. The first provides the statistical analysis from the survey, and the second links this data to customer perferences from the Mosaic customer insight tool. SEFIP newsletter 23 has also been published in the Resources section.
