SEFIP Business Plan 2012/15 launched

The current SEFIP Business Plan was agreed by the Board on 24 April 2012 and runs until 2015. The plan reflects the draft National Framework and builds on the excellent partnership arrangements that are in place between the nine fire & rescue authorities in the South East. The plan details our achievements over the last two years and sets out our plans for the next three years. Areas of focus include interoperability & operational efficiency, equality & diversity, development & improvement and efficiency & effectiveness.
