Access key operation varies greatly between browsers. In Internet Explorer use alt + shortcut to highlight the link, then press enter to follow it. In Mozilla Firefox alt + shift + shortcut will immediately follow the link. For other browsers please consult your vendor's documentation
The site has been desinged so that all text should scale up to 300% without rendering the site unusable. You can acomplish this in Microsoft Internet Explorer by using the 'text size' menu found in the 'view' toolbar menu. In Firefox (External site) you can use the keyboard shortcuts 'ctrl +' and 'ctrl -' to raise and lower the text size respectively.
