SEFIP newsletter 20 gives some initial outcomes from the recent regional Fire Satisfaction Survey. This project was supported by Improvement and Efficiency funding secured from the regional improvement & efficiency partnership. We are still processing the detail before providing a report for each FRA. However the headline findings are shown. The survey suggests that people are altering their behaviour after receiving fire safety advice from their local fire & rescue service. Result!
