Combined knowledge and wisdom - a proposal Friday 18 September 2009 14:00
At the Human Resources & Development Group meeting on 16 September 2009, we talked about research that we have conducted. For example Kent has just completed a piece of work about gay, lesbian and bisexual communities and how they interact with the fire & rescue service. We think that there will not be much difference between views of groups on the basis of geography so there is a huge opportunity to share the research we have done.
